SNOWBOARDS
Super Hill Bomber boards are high quality boards. In the event of any legitimate quality issues, we offer a 1 year warranty on all boards (excluding custom build boards) covering you for manufacturing and production defects. If products are judged by Super Hill Bomber to be defective we will repair or replace the product. Warranty will only cover the original purchaser, and warranty is not transferable.
All products will need to be returned to Super Hill Bomber for inspection, claimant must seek pre-approval to return products for inspection.
What’s NOT covered?
ROCK DAMAGE AND ANY OTHER IMPACT RELATED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY.
Any intentional or unintentional damage caused by the rider’s carelessness, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
Impact damage such as from rocks, stumps, rails, etc.
Any damage caused by, related to, or resulting from modifications made after purchase and not authorized by Super Hill Bomber.
Stress cracks in lacquer and non-structural cracks on used snowboards.
Scratches, chips, and/or indentations in the topsheet.
Graphic fading, discoloration, or other aesthetic blemishes that do not impair performance.
Abrasion.
Minor base irregularities, including base dimples in binding insert area.
Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of bindings.
Damages caused by using improper length of binding mounting screws.
Improper rider-board match (i.e. too much weight on a too short board).
Spinning or stripped inserts caused by improper mounting of binding hardware.
Damages incurred in shipping (this is the responsibility of the shipping service)
Damage caused from chairlift breakage.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives or LOC-TITE®.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Structural cracks and water infiltration on top laminate, base, core, or sidewall due to improper lamination.
Topsheet, edge, sidewall, tip and/or tail protector delamination.
Tip and/or tail radius lacquer cracks causing a loss of adhesion to top surface.
Insert cracks, structural cracks, or water infiltration around the inserts.
Spinning or stripped inserts (not caused by improper mounting of binding hardware).

RETURNS
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than SALE items) that is unworn and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.
All returns must be approved prior to returning. To start the return process please email Superhillbomber@gmail.com for approval and details.
We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 5 days of the date item was delivered to you. We cannot accept returns on products with damage or defects caused by the buyer or another party.
Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
EXCHANGE
If product is in unworn, in new and clean condition and/or unopened it may be exchanged for a different product or store credit within 5 days after delivery of product. You may also request a gift card/store credit, via email, for your return. If you received free shipping and your return brings the order total below $100, Super Hill Bomber’s cost of shipping your order will be deducted from the amount returned to you.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RESALE
We only return/exchange products bought directly from our online store. If you purchased a product from a third party supplier please contact them for refund/exchanges.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once an item leaves the facility, Super Hill Bomber is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as Super Hill Bomber is not responsible for mis-delivered orders. Super Hill Bomber is not responsible for orders lost in transit.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information. We will ship depending on your choice of shipping at checkout. Please allow a few weeks for Priority Mail shipping if you reside outside Australia due to possible customs delays.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, CUSTOMS, AND TAXES
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for payment of any such duties, fees or VAT.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient;
Super Hill Bomber has no control over these charges, nor can Super Hill Bomber predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
